Privacy notice

Summary

The website lets you view services and, when booking is enabled, book, pay deposits and manage appointments through private links. We store necessary contact, appointment and consent information and payment references. You do not need a customer account.

Information you choose to share

The consultation form asks for a name, telephone number, general goal and optional message. The information remains in your browser until you choose to open and send the message through WhatsApp. Glow By Yoselin receives only what you decide to send. Do not include diagnoses, records or sensitive medical information.

Bookings, payments and private links

Online bookings store your name, phone, email, service, time, preferences and policy acceptance in Supabase. Square processes payment; the system keeps deposit references, amounts and statuses to administer your appointment. Treat deposit and management links as confidential: anyone with a valid link can view or manage that appointment under its policies. Do not share them publicly.

WhatsApp and your contact choices

By choosing WhatsApp or Both, you authorize Glow By Yoselin to send appointment confirmations, reminders and updates through WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop by contacting the business. Promotional permission is a separate, optional choice that is initially unchecked. To arrange service without automated messages, contact Yoselin directly by phone. Messaging consent is not a condition of purchase.

Appointment-related SMS messages

When you voluntarily provide a mobile number and select SMS or Both during booking, you authorize appointment-related text messages such as confirmations, reminders, rescheduling or cancellation updates, deposit or payment status notices, and waitlist updates. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to stop SMS and HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use service providers only as necessary to deliver and protect the messaging service you requested.

Preferences stored on your device

The site uses browser local storage to remember language and accessibility settings. These preferences remain on your device and can be removed by resetting the accessibility panel or clearing browser data.

Optional website analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, it will load only after you choose to allow analytics. It will be used to count visits, pages viewed, general clicks on WhatsApp or phone links and appointment requests started. General events may include the identifier of a service viewed. Glow By Yoselin will not send Google your name, phone number, messages or form responses.

Google operates this service under its own data practices. You may decline and continue using the entire website, or change your choice later. Read Google's privacy policy.

Third-party services

We use Supabase for booking records and server access, Square for payments, Google Calendar for availability and appointment events, and Twilio/WhatsApp for authorized communications. These providers receive the information necessary to deliver their services. Links to Google, WhatsApp and Instagram are also subject to their own policies. Google Analytics is used only with your permission for statistics; it does not load on private deposit or management links.

Use and retention

Inquiry and booking information is used to respond to you, administer appointments, deposits and balances, apply the policies and provide customer service. It is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legitimate business obligations.

Service and progress images

The public booking form does not request treatment photographs or videos. If you authorize a private record with Yoselin, that material will be used only to document the service and compare progress, will have limited access and will not be published. Authorization for private records and authorization for promotional use are separate choices.

Publication on the website, social media, advertisements or other media requires separate, express and voluntary promotional authorization identifying the permitted use. You may ask about your images, correct your selection or withdraw permission for future uses when applicable; Glow By Yoselin will address the request to the extent reasonably possible and in accordance with the signed authorization and applicable law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request information from children. A parent or legal guardian should contact Yoselin directly about any service for a minor.
