Eligibility and professional scope

Services are offered only within applicable professional credentials, the scope permitted by Florida law and conditions appropriate for each client. A description on this website does not expand that scope. Yoselin may modify, postpone or decline a service when contraindications, safety concerns or the need for medical evaluation are present.

Results

Results depend on individual factors, consistency, home care and skin response. Specific or identical outcomes are not guaranteed. Progress photographs should be published only with express authorization, appropriate context and without altering the visible result.

Photography, video and progress records

Before, during or after a service, Yoselin may propose taking photographs or video to document the visible condition of the skin, the service performed and changes over time. Images are not captured automatically: before any recording, the client may choose one of the following options.

• Do not authorize photography or video.
• Authorize a private service and progress record only, with no publication.
• Optionally and expressly authorize specific promotional uses, including whether the face may be shown or only non-identifiable close-ups of the skin, and the media in which the material may be used.

Images authorized only for private records will not be published on the website, social media, advertisements or other promotional materials. Promotional use requires separate, express and voluntary authorization; accepting these general terms or failing to object does not constitute promotional permission. Declining promotional use does not change the price, quality or availability of the service.

Audio or private conversations will not be recorded unless every person present has given prior express consent. For a client under 18, the applicable authorization must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.

Pricing, availability and appointments

Prices, durations, add-ons and availability may change. A request sent from the website does not confirm an appointment; an appointment is confirmed only when Yoselin accepts the date and time and receives the required deposit. Read the appointment policies.

Reviews and external links

Reviews are viewed on the official Google profile to preserve their context and current status. Links to Google, Instagram and WhatsApp belong to third parties and are offered for convenience; Glow By Yoselin does not control their availability or policies.

Content and use

The logo, original photography, text and design may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Nothing in these terms limits anyone’s right to share an honest opinion about their experience.
